Pursuit of Generalism:
I have pursued expert generalism since 1986.
I have found the institutional and publishing systems intended to support the pursuit of philosophy and generalism to be, for the most part, impediments to them.
On the other hand, a medium properly supporting philosophy and generalism has emerged: the WWW, in particular the semantic web, NLP, ML, and now LLMs.
