Statement of work re. House of Healing 210 and related projects:
Revealing and repairing historical developmental debts via personalised medicine for refugees
The inequalities and social stratification resulting from empires, wars, and slavery shape behavioral specialisation, division of labor, and social polarisation into classes and castes, leaving visible marks in geographic arrangements of common allele frequencies and gene–environment correlations in all populations.
Far more than unequal distributions of economic wealth, these effects accurately and scientifically reveal the damages done and the developmental debts to be repaid, in order to heal our polities and the international order.
Working with House of Healing 210 and related projects, we intend to:
- a. map the geno- and pheno-types of individual refugees to allele frequencies and gene–environment correlations
- b. connect these mappings to historical and anthropological records
- c. store these data in Solid pods owned by each refugee
- d. develop these results with each refugee into:
- i. forms of personalised medicine and wellness
- ii. contributions to an expansion of previous UNESCO-funded work on Genetic Disease Databases
- iii. salutogenic forms of integrated sociality, spirituality, cognitive science, and developmental biology
This is intended as an emergency interdisciplinary project to enable Paris, France, and Europe to:
- preventatively effect scalable developmental justice against further socio-political inflammation and synergistic risks
- meet each refugee as a Guest, repay and repair historical debts, and extend true hospitality, at scale
